# Un bénévole a-t-il un contrat de travail ?

Un contrat de bénévolat précise les conditions dans lesquelles un bénévole intervient dans l'association. 

Selon la loi, le contrat n'est pas prévu, il n'est donc pas obligatoire et son contenu reste libre.
